This is a recurring monthly service where Ashley will upload general strength and conditioning program every 4 week that may be completed at your own convenience. You will also be automatically enrolled in any group programs or challenges she runs. Enjoy the app and all of its tracking features - progress photos, habit tracking, graphs for stats, macro counting, and more!
Just getting started in fitness? Do you need or want a more personalized approach? Looking for someone to take it to the next level to keep you accountable? Look no further, with one-on-one personal training you get all of that and more. I offer in-person sessions when possible, or virtual sessions.
This option offers a custom plan to help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals. Custom program will be loaded to your app with everything you need to crush your goals. Once registered Ashley will reach out to schedule a free consultation.

Have a friend, spouse, son, daughter, etc. that you want to workout with? This option is for you! Sometimes having a workout partner takes the edge off of any nerves you may be experiencing about getting started. It's also a fun and healthy way to spend time with a loved one! Let's meet in person or virtually for workouts.
Have an entire wedding party that wants to get in shape for the big event? Maybe you and your coworkers need a pick me up? This option is fun and affordable! Grab a group of friends or your whole team and let's meet in a park or over zoom for a group training session.
