"I had the pleasure of working with Ashley after a complex ankle injury. Following the injury, proper medical treatment was unobtainable for a four-month period. Ashley’s programming and hands off approach to coaching is one of the reasons why I love working with her so much. She is always there if I have a question about my form or an exercise and she is quick to help modify as appropriate. Ashley has helped me become more confident in myself as a person and grow stronger not only physically, but mentally as well. Seeing her on social media as a positive influence makes me also want to work harder. Her customized workouts are fun and enjoyable for me while keeping my goals in mind.
