Hello! My name is Ashley and I'm here to share my passion with you! I have been in love with everything health and fitness related for as long as I can remember. My parent's had me and my three siblings playing sports the moment we could walk. My dad started to teach me how to lift weights when I was 12 years old. I was always ahead of the game and I am so grateful I had parents who exposed us to such a healthy lifestyle and diet. In high school I played field hockey and lacrosse, and ran track in the winters. I went on to run track (pole vault) in college. It was in college that I became serious about lifting. After graduating I competed in powerlifting, a decathlon, and a variety of other fitness events and races.
I started working in the fitness industry in 2015 as a part-time group class instructor in a small studio. Since then I have worked at multiple gyms; small and large, as well as a physical therapy rehab location. I have coached lacrosse teams, track and field teams, and organized strength and conditioning programs for young athletes. My experience in coaching ranges across all ages, genders, and fitness levels. I have helped hundreds of people reach their fitness goals, and I know I can help you too!
As a fitness professional, I aim to encourage and teach others to move accurately, exercise consistently, and feel confidently about themselves in a judgement-free space. I value coaching all aspects of a being; mind, body, and spirit through innovative and purpose-driven programs that enable individuals to reach and maintain optimal health.
